We understand that wedding planning is not 'cookie cutter' and preparation for each couple does not look the same. If we are able to accomodate your request within a short time frame we definitely will!  However, we encourage our clients to book at least 3 months in advance. The earlier your date is booked, the more options you have for your cake (special ingredients and custom items may take longer time to arrive, so the earlier the better). Several of our clients have booked our services six to eight months before their wedding to ensure availabilty.
